Service Description

WHERE: 368 Damien street. park on the curve of the street. WHAT TO EXPECT: Sound therapy has been practiced for thousands of years and benefits the mental and physical wellbeing of bodies. During my sound baths I will use many ancient instruments: a Paiste Symphonic Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Rain Makers, Tingsha Tibetan Bells (chimes), Koshi Wind Chimes and a Shamanic Drum. The session will include a mini-intro and stretch session, Qi Gong along with some light body movements, breathwork followed by a symphony of sound and vibration. You will have sometime after to reflect on your experience in an ambient space. Through sound I will help you quieten the chatter of the mind, body and soul. There are moments where emotions may arise that maybe heightened. Gongs especially are ideal for stress and pain reduction, deep relaxation, healing, and personal transformation. The gong is so powerful! WHAT TO BRING: Bring a yoga mat, travel pillow, water, a blanket, an eye covering.
